Try to conduct a personal interview with students to identify their needs and get some valuable personal information (background and level of education, job experience, interests, etc.)
Try to create groups with similar levels to favour progress
As a measure of motivation, try to show interest and respect for their culture and language of origin
Always avoid stereotypes or contents that are not linked to their reality
Try to create a relaxed, motivating and cooperative climate to get students to enjoy and to facilitate internal relationships
Prioritize communicative activities in pairs or in groups
Try to sequence the activities and give clear and brief instructions
Try using several short activities per class dealing with different aspects of language to favour concentration
